Sponsor list is below the newsletter.The 2nd annual THREE RIVERS FUN RUN AND 5K was held on Saturday, June 16. The event, sponsored by and for the benefit of the Boys & Girls Club in Ellijay, had 160 registered runners / walkers. The top male runner, Tommy Jones, is an Ellijay resident. Tabetha Motes, from Atlanta, won the top female spot. Runners came from Phenix City and Madison, AL as well as various Georgia locations to include Stone Mountain, Clarkesville and Villa Rica. The race attracted runners to our local area, benefiting not only the Club, but local businesses! The Three Rivers Unit appreciates the support of our local sponsors and all those people who truly earned their new THREE RIVERS RUN t-shirts! See you next year!
