Mr. Matthew Danny Lewis age 38 of Hickory Lane, Ball Ground died Wednesday August 22, 2012.
Mr. Lewis was born on September 19, 1973 in Cobb County, GA. He was a cabinet maker and of the Church of God faith. He is preceded in death by father Danny Lewis.
Survivors include: Mother and step-father: Linda and Chuck Rallis, of Ball Ground; Daughter: D’Laina Bales, Cumming, GA; Sister: Dana Jenkins, Cumming; Brother: Mitchell Lewis, Commerce
Funeral services will be held Sunday August 26, 2012 at 3pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Hogan and Rev. Junior Maney officiating.
Family will receive friends Saturday, August 25th, 2012 from 5pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
