Citizen of the Year Ballots Now Available
Lex Rainey, 2011 Citizen of the Year.
Ballots are now available for the 2012 Citizen of the Year (COTY). COTY recipients must have lived in Gilmer County for a minimum of two years and have worked tirelessly for the betterment of the community.
