Mrs. Samantha Kitchen age 36 of Ellijay, GA died Monday October 29, 2012.
Mrs. Kitchen was born September 29, 1976 in Ohio. She was a member of the Harvest Missionary Church. Mrs. Kitchen is preceded in death by sister, Stacy Coontz.
Survivors include; Husband Dave Kitchen, Ellijay, Daughters; Stacy & Savannah Kitchen, both of Ellijay, Father & Step Mother: Doyle & Tammy Coontz, Ohio, Mother & Step Father; Becky & Dale Wooton, Ellijay, Brothers in-law & Sisters in-law; Dorsie & Charlette Kitchen, Ellijay, Theresa & Charles Kitchen, Ellijay, Van & Theresa Kitchen, Ohio, Sandy Kitchen, Ellijay, several Nieces & Nephews also survive.
Memorial services will be held Friday November 2nd at 4pm from the Harvest Missionary Church with Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating.
