Mr. John A. McClure age 71 of Wood Oak Trail, Ellijay died Friday November 23, 2012.
Mr. McClure was born March 19, 1941 in Union county, the son of the late William B. McClure and Eva Mae Ferguson McClure.
Survivors include: Daughters: Aime Iler, Ellijay, Christy McClure, Gordon Co; Sons: Nathan McClure, Gordon Co, Adam McClure, Ellijay; Grandchildren: Ashley McClure and Christopher McClure, both of Marble Hill, Hope Hendricks, TN, Cassie Keener, Ellijay, Devan Keener and Laura Keener, both of Ellijay, Leland McClure and James Odett, both of Ranger; Sisters: Margaret Dorez, Sumerton, AZ, Lucille Hollis, Tunnel Hill Several nieces and nephews also survive.
No services are planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the John McClure Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 466, Ellijay, GA 30540 to help with funeral expenses.
