Bernice Marie Teal Southern : Obituary

Mrs. Bernice Southern age 76 of Ellijay, GA died Wednesday December 5, 2012.

Mrs. Southern was born April 2, 1936 to the late Dolpherd Teal and Virginia White Teal. She worked for Walmart as a department manager and was a member of the Flat Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Southern is preceded in death by husband, Howard Southern, sons, Berry and Tim Southern, and brothers, Bud, Sam, Cecil, and Luke Teal.

Survivors Include: Daughters: Sherry Marie Thompson and Kami Southern, both of Ellijay; Sisters in-law: Ann Teal, Barbara Teal, Marcel Teal, and Gayle Walker Brother in-law: Kenneth West 10 Grandchildren 9 Great Grandchildren

Funeral Services will be held Sunday December 9th at 2pm from the Flat Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Sanford and Bro. Tony Crump officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday December 8th from 4pm until 9pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
