Alex Fouts, a Star Scout with Troop 402, receives the Den Chief Service Award from Gregory Withrow, Pack 404 Cubmaster, Dec. 16, 2012. Fouts earned the award through faithfully completing a year’s service, providing, and growing in, leadership as a Webelos Den Chief for Pack 404. He may wear the red, white and blue Den Chief Service Award cord during his entire career as a youth Scout.
