The Ladies Of the American Legion Auxiliary continued their annual tradition of bringing gifts to the residents of the Gilmer Nursing Home.Residents enjoyed an afternoon snack of pizza, Cheetos and punch.

Through year round fundraising the ladies are able to honor veterans and others in our community.

Veteran residents each received a hat that represented their time in which they served our country. After receiving socks and a stuffed animal the Gilmer Nursing Home was filled with the joy and smiles of its residents.
