Mildred Frances Berry Marr left this earth to return home on Dec 31, 2012 at the age of 86.Mildred was born in Huntsville, AL but grew up in Atlanta, GA where she married Bill Marr. They spent many wonderful years together working, traveling, and living both in the USA and abroad in Germany. She retired from the Dept. of Defense in Washington, DC to her home in Atlanta. After spending many years there, she and Bill moved to Oklahoma and Spanish Cove Retirement Village to be close to their daughters and families. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Marr and a brother Howard Berry.

Mildred is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law Lynn and Mike Payne of Green Valley, AZ, Sandy and Ray Kincade of Edmond, OK; brother Howard Berry and niece Margaret Berry of Madisonville, KY; granddaughters and in-laws Monica and Jamie Smothers of Oklahoma City. Carrie Kincade and Angus Shull of Oklahoma City, and one great-grandson Michael Lee Smothers of Oklahoma City.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate her life at the Spanish Cove Chapel in Yukon, OK at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday Jan 5, 2013.

Interment will take place in the Mountaintown Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to Frontier Hospice, 3817 NW Expressway Suite 780, OKC, OK 73112.
