Mrs. Amy Miller Adair age 100 of Covington, GA formerly of Cherry Log, GA died Thursday January 31, 2013.

Mrs. Adair was born on May 21, 1912 in Gilmer County. She is one of ten children, of the late Andrew J. and Georgia Miller. She worked for the Bibb Manufacturing Co. for 38 years and was a member of the Baptist Faith. She is preceded in death by a daughter Delores Dockery, a granddaughter Tracy Dockery, a great grandchild Dusty Dockery, 1 brother and 6 sisters also precede her in death.

Survivors include: Daughter: Marjorie H. Johnson, Decatur, GA; Brothers: Otis J. Miller, Independence, MO, Homer Miller, Ringgold, GA; Grandchildren and spouses: Andrew and Paula Kelley Johnson, Pamela and Keith Woodring, Ricky and Rodney Dockery, Teresa and Donnie Green. Great grandchildren: Brian, Justin, Michelle, Whitney, Richey, Jeremy, April & Angie.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday February 3, 2012 at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home.

Interment will be held in the Rock Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive Saturday February 2nd from 3pm until 7pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
