Mr. Hayden Avery Mooney age 81 of Suwannee, GA , formerly of Gilmer county died Sunday March 10, 2013.

Mr. Mooney was born Dec. 9,1931. in Gilmer Co. He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents. Bertha Mooney Henson, Joshua and Della Mooney. He was a US Army veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.

Survivors include: Step-father: Carl Henson, Ellijay, Brothers and sister-in-laws; Walter Henson, Ellijay, Joe and Stella Mooney, Carnesville, GA, Harvey and Velma Mooney, Suwannee, Hassie Mae Mooney Atlanta. Sisters Mariell Henson, Atlanta, Wanda Henson, Ellijay.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday March 12, 2013 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Elder Paul Mooney officiating. Interment will be in the Tickanetley Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Family will meet with friends Tuesday from 1:00pm until the funeral hour.
