Mr. Michael Dwayne Fields age 40 of Dover, TN died Monday March 18,2013.

Mr. Fields was born Oct. 2,1972 in Fulton Co the son of Sandra Cooper Scruggs and the late Richard Fields. He was an equipment care operator for Hemlock Semiconductor and was a US Army veteran.

Survivors include Wife of 21 years Sarah Wells Fields, Dover TN, Mother and step-father: Sandra and Earl Scruggs, Ellijay, Sister, Christy Roberson, Douglasville, Ga; Mother-in-law: Marie Wells, Ellijay; 2 nephews, Taylor and Kevin.

Funeral service will be held Saturday March 23,2013 at 2:00pm from the Nine Mile United Methodist Church with Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating.

Interment will be in the church cemetery with military honors by the US Army. The family will meet with friends Saturday from 10:00 am until the Funeral hour.
