Mr. William C. Davenport age 66 of Athens TN died Friday May 3, 2013.
Mr. Davenport was born September 3, 1946 in Cherry Log, GA. He was of the Baptist faith and worked as a truck driver. Mr. Davenport is preceded in death by father, Cloys Davenport and son, Brian Davenport.
Mother: Maxine Davenport, Cleveland, TN; Son and daughter-in-law: Cloys “Bud” and Shirley Davenport, Cohutt; Brother: David Davenport, Niota,TN; Sisters: Wanda Willis ,Phoenix, AZ Linda Ballew, Cleveland, TN; Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday May 7th at 11am from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in the Big Creek Baptist Church cemetery.
The Family will receive friends Monday May 6th from 6pm until 8pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
