From Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office:BARBARA YOTHER, age 46, of Northcutt Rd. is the second person arrested on Friday, May 17th in reference to the meth lab that was discovered at the residence. She has been charged with one count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Mr. Allen Smith has been charged with 7 counts of Manufacturing Methamphetamine.
