Mrs. Bessie Johnson Campbell, age 62 of the Tickanetley Community of Ellijay, passed from this life on Thursday, June 6th, 2013 at Kindred Hospital in Rome, Floyd County, GA. She was born on May 20th, 1951 in Kingston, GA. She was a member of Bread of Life Christian Center in White. GA and a graduate of Cass High School Class of 1969. She was a retiree of Vulcan Materials where she worked as a secretary.
Survivors include husband of 43 years, Gerry Dale Campbell of the home; daughters & sons in law Brandee & Brian Wade of Ellijay, GA., Jessica Campbell & Kenneth Scruggs of Ellijay, GA.; grandchildren Ian Campbell, Liam Campbell, Dominick Campbell, Nicole Campbell, Ethan Wade and Austin Woodall; great grandchildren Kynzee Campbell and Kenleigh Campbell; sisters and brothers in law Pam & and Johnny Jennings of Rydal, GA.; Shirley & Al Kennedy of Rydal, GA.; brother Don Johnson of Cassville, GA.
A memorial service will take place at a later date.
