Ms. Margie Sue Blackwell, age 58 of Ellijay, GA died Friday July 19, 2013.

Ms. Blackwell was born December 12, 1954 to the late Hancel McClellan Jones and Sally Bell Patterson. She was a homemaker. Ms. Blackwell is preceded in death by siblings, Anna Ruth Campbell, Jackie Jones, Winfred Jones and Emma Lou Welch.

Survivors Include: Daughters: Melissa Bassett, Ellijay, GA, Michelle Etheridge, Cartersville, GA; Fiancé: Steve Madden, Ellijay, GA; Brother: Lee Jones, Jackson, S.C.; Sister: Barbara Stuart, Cartersville, GA; 3 Grandchildren: Kristen Bassett, Jaylynn Gibbs and Gavin Gibbs; Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday July 21st at 2pm from the Ellijay Church of Christ with Min. Terry Stuart and Min. Butch Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Church of Christ Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday July 20th from 5pm until 7pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
