Chief Callahan found himself in a very dangerous situation while he tried to help others during the flooding when a tree fell, bringing down a power line in his vicinity.
Chief Callahan explains in detail what exactly happened:
Callahan is back at work and has resumed his normal, everyday duties as Chief of Police.
