Mr. John Parks age 76 of Morganton, GA died Monday August 19, 2013.Mr. Parks was born December 20, 1936 in Barrington, NJ to the late Harold and Edna Verdeur Parks. He was a member of the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church and the owner/operator of Parks Auto & RV Sales. Mr. Parks was passionate about his wife of 59 years, working on cars, NASCAR, boating, fishing and traveling in the RV. He had strong faith in the Lord, enjoyed helping people and loved Georgia and tending to his 3 acres.

Survivors Include: Wife of 59 years: Connie Parks, of the home; Daughters and Sons in-law: Sherry Ann & Terry Patterson, FL, Linda Lee & Theodore Wolf, New Jersey; 4 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Friday August 23rd at 10:30am from the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church with the Rev’d. Victor H. Morgan and the Rev’d. Ronald Wikander officiating.
