Mrs. Sue D. Howard age 77 of Cleveland, TN died Wed. August 28, 2013.Mrs. Howard was born Jan. 15, 1936 in Athens, TN the daughter of the late Charles Duggan Sr and Ida Viola Moses Duggan. She worked in the Textile industry and was a charter member of the Old Faith Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Ronnie “Pedro” Duggan, step-daughter Christine Howard, sister; Dorothy Walker, brother Charles Duggan, Jr., and 4 great-grandchildren.
Survivors include: Husband: Bob Howard, Daughter and son-in-law: Sherry and Keith Rogers, Cleveland, TN, Daughter-in-law: Teresa Duggan, Ellijay, Brother: Bobby and Brenda Duggan, Athens TN, Brother-in-law and spouse, Ernest and Pollie Howard, Benton, TN, grandchildren and spouses, Susan Rene’ Smith, Jessica (Mark) Eckels, Robin Hitchcock, Shane (Melissa) Duggan , Jason (Lana) Duggan, Justin (Misty) Duggan, Brandon Rogers, 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and extended family also survive.
Funeral services will be held Saturday August 31, 2013 at 3:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Franklin Harper, Rev. Johnny McClure, Rev. Johnny Payne and Bro. Shane Duggan officiating. Interment will be in the Old Faith Baptist Church cemetery.
The family will meet with friends Friday August 30, 2013 from 4 until 8pm at the funeral home.
