Mr. Grady Michael Sales, age 72 of the Boardtown Community of Ellijay, GA., passed on Friday, September 13th, 2013 at the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. A member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and retired from Shaw Industries after 35 years. He is preceded in death by wife Brenda Ann Sales, and brothers Johnny and James Sales.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law Larry “Chief” and Ruby Sales of Ellijay, Jody and Mary Sales of Ellijay; grandchildren David and Daniel Sales, Sierra and Brittany Sikes, and Miranda Haddock; sisters Ruth Ann Ralston of Dalton, GA. and Hilda Sue Painter of S.C.

Funeral service be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday September 16th , 2013 from the Chapel of Logan Funeral Home, with Rev. Charlie Mull officiating, music and vocals will be by Rev. Irene Wofford. Graveside interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant (Buckhorn) Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David, Daniel and Mike Sales, Jerry Puckett, Earl Burgess and Chris Harper.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 15th, 2013 at the Logan Funeral Home from 2 until 7 PM.
