Toni Ann Holden Fields age 52 of Clarkesville, GA., formerly of Ellijay, passed on Friday September 27th, 2013 at the Landmark Hospital in Athens, GA.Mrs. Fields was born October 3rd, 1960 to her parents Tony and Norma Jean Cowen Holden in Atlanta, Fulton County, GA. She graduated Russell High School, Class of 1978, and was employed with Walmart.
Survivors include husband of 27 years Kelly G. Fields of the home of Clarkesville, GA.; daughter Kimberly Fields of Long Creek, SC.; father and mother Tony and Norma Jean Holden of Sharpesburg, GA.; brother Pat Holden; father and mother-in-law Larry & Carolyn Fields of Ellijay, GA.; sister-in-law Angela Darlene Yarbrough of Fayetteville, GA.; brother-in-law Tony Fields of Sharpesburg, GA.; step sisters-in-law Karen Brown and Julie Meyer both of Ellijay, GA.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 Tuesday, October 1st, 2013 from the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion with Rev. James Holt officiating and speaker Tony Holden. Music will be by Maritza Granger. Interment will follow in the Ellijay City Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 11:00a.m. until 2p.m. Tuesday, October 1st, 2013 at Logan Funeral Home, prior to the funeral.
