Addielee Smith Silver, age 93, of Talking Rock, GA, passed away October 14th at Grandview Health Care Center in Jasper, following many years of failing health.he was born in Gordon County on February 6, 1920 to James M. Smith and Ella Darnell Smith. Mrs. Addie is predeceased by her husband, Odas Silver, two infant daughters and son-in-law, Robert C. Jones. She was a lifelong member of Ball Creek Church.
She is survived by daughter, Linda Silver Jones; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Roxanne Silver; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Jeff and Ann Jones; granddaughter, Tina Stanfield; grandson, Jared Silver; great grandchildren, Robert, Colton, Camden and Amanda (fiancé Evan Brooks) Jones.
Visitation and prayers will be held Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 @ Bernhardt Funeral Home, with graveside services and burial in the Silver plot, at Ball Creek Church on Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wallace Parks officiating.
