Mrs. Emma Jean McClure, age 79, of Maxwell Rd, Roswell died Saturday November 16, 2013.Mrs. McClure was born May 24, 1934 in Towns County Georgia the daughter of the late Titus and Ruby Eller Garrett. She worked for a time in retail and was a homemaker and loving mother and a member of the Bell Scene Baptist Church in Hiawassee, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother C.D. Garrett and a sister, Debbie Garrett.

Survivors include: Husband; James McClure of the home, son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Amy McClure, Cumming, daughters and son -in-law ; Sandy McClure, Ellijay, Vickie and Chris Paravate, Cumming. 3 grandchildren Lauren and Ryan Paravate, Austin McClure. Brother; Carlos Garrett, Hayesville, NC, sisters, Dorothy Scroggs, Cumming, Roberta Fisher, Martinsburg, WV, Rita Slaton, Alpharetta, Trisha Maney, Hayesville, NC and Evelyn Wright, Ellijay several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday November 19, 2013 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Kirday officiating. Interment will be in the Macedonia Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Monday Nov. 18 from 2 until 8pm at the funeral home.
