Mrs. Frances E Loudermilk Asher, age 73, of Boardtown Rd. Ellijay, died Monday December 9, 2013.Mrs. Asher was born September 20, 1940 in Union County GA the daughter of the late Edgar and Mae Cain Bell. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded death by Husband James Asher, son Daniel Clyde Asher, brothers J.C. and Frank Bell and sister Flonnie Cole.
Survivors: daughters and son -in-laws: Carolyn and James Gibson, Ellijay, Kathy and Danny Marlow, Ellijay, Willie and Peggy Loudermilk, Ellijay, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers; James Bell, Culberson, NC, Harley Bell Mineral Bluff, Lawrence and Barbara Bell, Blue Ridge.; sisters; Retheal Abernathy, Andrews, NC. Bonnie and John Watkins, Blue Ridge; Aunt Molly Gibbs, Mineral Bluff. Several relatives also survive.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday Dec. 11, 2013 at 2:00pm from the Flat Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Sanford officiating.
The family will meet with friends Wed from 1 until the service hour of 2:00pm at the church.
