Curtis Lavaughn Mulkey, age 53 of Ellijay, Georgia died on Thursday, April 24, 2014.Born April 21, 1961 in Marietta, Georgia, he was the son of the late Lavaughn Curtis Mulkey and the late Sarah Denson Mulkey. He retired as a warehouse manager at Kroger Foods with 20 plus years of service. Mr. Mulkey was a member of Promise Land Ministries Church of the Narrow Way.
He is survived by his son, Joshua Mulkey of Smyrna, GA, daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Scotty Hammock of Acworth, GA, daughter-in-law Shanna Mulkey of Marietta, GA, grandchildren, Ryan Bourgeois, Shaun Mulkey, Shaelynn Mulkey, Sarah Mulkey, Victoria Hammock, and Curtis Hammock, brother, Jerry Mulkey of Marietta, GA;
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday May 4th, 2014 at the Logan Funeral Home Pavilion with Mr. Kenny Anderson officiating. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Curtis Mulkey Memorial Fund at P.O. Box 485 Ellijay, GA 30540.
