Mrs. Monaca Gail Morgan Hammond age 34 of Wildflower Dr. Mineral Bluff, GA died Monday May 26, 2014.Mrs. Hammond was born May 5, 1980 in Canton GA the daughter of Roger and Darlene Baker Morgan. She was employed as an associate with Walmart of East Ellijay and was a graduate of Gilmer High School.
Survivors include: husband; James Hammond, Jr.; parents, Roger and Darlene Morgan; East Ellijay; brother; Brady Morgan, Ellijay, sisters; Debbie Mullinax, East Ellijay, Tasha Biddix, Ellijay, father and mother-in-law: James and Jo Ann Hammond, Sr., Mineral Bluff; grandmothers; Lillie Baker, East Ellijay Betty Hammond, Mineral Bluff, sisters-in-law; Kristie Hammond, AL, Angela Hammond, Mineral Bluff; 3 nephews; Benjamin and Caleb Mullinax, Matthew Ogle, 1 niece, Morgan Ogle. Several aunts and uncles also survive.
Funeral services will be held Saturday May 31 at 2:00pm from the Arbor Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Richards and Rev. Glen Arnold officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will meet with friends Friday from 12 noon until 9pm at the funeral home.
