The Gilmer County Cannery/Canning Plant in Ellijay will open its doors for the 2014 canning season on June 24th then every Tues-Thurs for the remainder of June and every Tues and Thurs for the months of July-November. The cannery will not be open on July 4th. Hours are 8am, arrival cut-off is 11am, in containers by 1pm. Out by 3-5pm. Located at 465 Bobcat Trail, Ellijay GA 30540 next to the system bus garage.
