Mrs. Cynthia R. Underwood age 69 of South Park Rd., Ellijay died Wednesday June 25, 2014.Mrs. Underwood was born July 6, 1944 in Blount County TN, the daughter of the late Avery N. and Mary Ruth Lee Patty. She was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith.
Survivors include; Husband: Cleve Underwood; Son: James Underwood, Ellijay, Daughter: Patricia Underwood, Ellijay 4 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held Sat at 4:00pm from the Berean Baptist Church with Bro. Jessie Thornton officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will meet with friends Friday from 4 until 9pm at the funeral home. Bernhardt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
