Ms. Carolyn Blackburn Davis age 64 of Quail Run Rd Ellijay died Tuesday July 8, 2014.Ms. Davis was born August 4, 1949 in Murfreesboro, KY the daughter of Dorothea Cupp Blackburn and the late Earl Blackburn. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include: Companion: Terry Parker, Son, Douglas Bialach, East Point, mother; Dorothea Buttery, Ellijay, 2 grandchildren; Shiloh Bialach, Aria Moon Bialach, sisters: Charlotte Ashmall, Ellijay, Marie Lipsky, Hiram, brothers; Charles, Tommy and Jason Blackburn all of TN.

Funeral services will be held Saturday July 12, 2014 at 4:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with family and friends officiating.

The family will meet with friends Saturday from 2:00 pm until the funeral hour at the funeral home.

In lieu the family request donations be made to the Appalachian Children’s Center P.O. Box 1378 Ellijay, GA 30540 in memory of Ms. Davis. Bernhardt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
