Mrs. Adell Pittman Davis, age 84, of Wildcat Lane, Ellijay died Monday July 14, 2014.Mrs. Davis was born June 1, 1930 in Gilmer County the daughter of the late Howard and Ethel Dotson Pittman. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie C. Davis and sons J.R. and Lanny Davis.

Survivors include; Daughters: Velvet Goble, Ellijay, Vertie Mae Davis, Crandall, Linda Martin, Dawnville, Son; Danny Davis, Ellijay, Sister: Shirley Watson, Cleveland, TN, 14 grandchildren several great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday July 16, 2014 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Corbin and Rev. Mitchell Pack officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Tuesday from 2:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home.
