Ms. Rachel D. Charles age 47 of Green Circle Ellijay died Wednesday August 27,2014.Ms. Charles was born February 17, 1967 in Andrews, NC the daughter of the late Roy D. and Rena Millisaps Williams. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include: son Jeff Ralston, Ellijay, Daughter: Natasha Charles, Gainesville, brothers: Raymond Williams, Roland Williams, both of Robbinsville, NC, Roger Williams, Sylvia NC, sister: Ramona Hagin, Williston, ND, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services were held Saturday August 30, 2014 at 2:00pm from the Williams Family cemetery in Robbinsville, NC with Rev. Denny Hawkins officiating.
