Mrs. Rebecca Ann Minter, age 76, of Ellijay, GA, died Monday October 6, 2014. Mrs. Minter was born April 13, 1938 in Whitwell, TN to the late Edgar Carl and Phylis Hackworth Deakins. She was a member of the Roswell First United Methodist Church and worked as a kindergarten teacher at the Roswell First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include: husband, Don Minter, of the home; children, Don H. Minter, Jr. (Chip), Brian Minter, Alicia Dykes and Susan Minter; 6 grandchildren also survive.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
