Mr. Clevie D. Walker age 70 of Turniptown Rd,. Ellijay died Friday November 7, 2014. Mr. Walker was born August 12, 1944 in Gilmer County the son of the late LeRoy and Viola McClure Walker. He worked for the Gilmer County Road Department and was a member of the Ellijay Church of Christ.

Survivors include: wife; Carolyn Stanley Walker, Son and daughter-in-law; Charles and Renee Walker, Ellijay, Sister; Dorothy Wright, Ellijay, Brothers and Sisters-in-law; Robert and Shirley Walker, Gene and Christine Walker, James and Melinda Walker all of Ellijay, sister-in-laws and Brother-in-law; Charlene and Hobert Ralston and Gale Stanley all of Ellijay, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Minister Butch Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Pisgah Church of Christ Cemetery.

Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to; Georgia Mountains Hospice 70 Caring Way, Jasper, Ga 30143 in memory of Mr. Walker.

The family will meet with friends Saturday from 5 until 9:00pm at the funeral home.
