The Gilmer High School Bobcats wrestling team most recently swept Dawson County and Forsyth Central to move to 7-0 and remain unbeaten in the early stages of the 2014-15 season.After pounding the Panthers of Union the Bobcats beat all comers at the West Spartan Duals, with wins over Central Gwinnett (63-10), Johnson (57-21), Loganville (60-16), Mountain View (32-31) and White County (51-26). The Mountain View match was a nail biter as the Bobcats faced an 11 point deficit going into the final three matches before pulling out the one point victory.

Gilmer next posted wins over Dawson (61-12) and Forsyth Central (50-21). The Bobcats will next take part in the Allatoona Tournament at Allatoona High School.
