The third graders at NGCA participated in FetchYourNews.com writing challenge yesterday.The children at NGCA were excited and prepared for another round of the FYN third grade writing challenge. These children received prizes from local sponsors and the entire class was provided plenty of pencils and a junior frosty each for their efforts. The question for this round of competitions was, “How to prepare a Thanksgiving feast.” The winners of the essay are Peyton Beaver and Sam Streicher. The children were excited and it was clear that many had put a lot of time and effort into their essays. FYN was impressed with them all! CEO, Brian K. Pritchard spoke to the children regarding reading, writing and the importance of internet safety.
