Mrs. Deletha R. Jack age 49 of Wingate Rd. Ellijay died Friday November 14, 2014.
Mrs. Jack was born February 5, 1965 in Colorado Springs, Colorado the daughter of the late Marion J. and Janet Wooten Thompson. She was a homemaker and member of the Lady’s Auxiliary of the American Legion in KY.
Survivors include: Husband: Bryan Jack of the home in Ellijay, children, Amy Hall Johnson, Ellijay, Amber Henderson, Fairmount, Joshua Stichler, Cape Canaveral, FL, 5 grandchildren, Cody Johnson, Natalie Johnson, Sean Vaughn, Drake Henderson, Bradley Voyles, mother-in-law and step-father; Cathy and Larry Cunningham, Cleveland, TN, step-mother-in-law; Pat Jack, brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Crystal Thompson, W VA, Curtis and Arlene Thompson, GA, sister, Crystal Thompson, KY, brother-in-law: Barry Jack, Blue Ridge, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Jamie Kerr and Rev. Jeremiah Jack officiating. Interment will be in the Zion Hill Baptist Church cemetery in Turtletown, TN.
The family will meet with friends Saturday from 7pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
