Ms. Patricia Ann McCollum age 71 of Ellijay, GA died Sunday December 7, 2014. Ms. McCollum was born August 30, 1943 to the late Marcus Shoemake and Gertie Reed. She was a member of the Harvest Missionary Church.

Survivors Includes: sons, Mack McCollum, Jr. and Barry McCollum, both of Ellijay; daughter, Kim Rogers, Ellijay, Tonya Carter, Blackshear, GA; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday December 9th at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Arnold and Bro. Pat Shelton officiating. Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday December 8th from 2pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
