Mrs. Martha Maney Henson age 75 of Ellijay, GA died Tuesday December 9, 2014. Mrs. Henson was born March 26, 1939 in Hayesville, NC to the late Harrison and Gladys Hooper Maney. She was a member of the Lawrenceville Church of God. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Henson, son, Jeffery Dulton and daughter, Diane Valer.
Survivors Include: grandson and spouse, Brandon and Terra Swafford, Lawrenceville, GA; sister, Carol Miller, Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday December 11th at 1pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Pastor Irene Wofford and Rev. Junior Maney officiating. Interment will follow in the Ellijay City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday December 10th from 2pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
