Mrs. Jane Boyd Gorder age 93 of Creekside Dr. Ellijay died Thursday December 25, 2014. Mrs. Gorder was born Oct. 20,1921 in Aberdeen, SD the daughter of the late Clarence Fredrick and Martha McCloed Boyd. She was graduate of Florida State University, worked in the insurance industry and was an avid golfer. She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband Vernon Harvey Gorder, sister, Ann Bracker and brother Bob Boyd.
Survivors include: daughter: Gail Gorder, Murphy, NC Grandchildren; Debra and Tracy Blecher, great-grandchildren; Richard and Jan Hernandez, great-great-grandchild; Ezra Hernandez.
A private family service will be held later.
