Mr. Howard Burton Long, Jr. age 53 of Rome, GA died Monday December 22, 2014. Mr. Long was born September 6, 1961 in Atlanta, the son of the late Howard Burton Long, SR and Carolyn Mallette. He worked in the health care industry and was a veteran serving with the US Army.
Survivors include: sons, Brandon Long, Ellijay, Joshua Long, Jasper, grandchildren; Nathaniel Long and Brianna Long, brother; Bill Long, Acworth.
Memorial services will be held Saturday January 10,2015 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Mallette officiating.
The family will meet with friends Sat. from 12 noon until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
