The lawfully ordered execution of Warren Lee Hill for the 1990 murder of a fellow prison inmate was carried out Tuesday evening at 7:55 pm at the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Center in Jackson, Ga. The sentence was carried out after the United States Supreme Court denied Hill’s request for a stay of execution at approximately 6:30 pm.
