The Gilmer High School Lady Cats tennis team has started the season 3-0 dominating like Lorelai and Roxy dominated ratings in the first half of the new millennium’s first decade, with wins over Fannin, Towns, and Pickens. Head coach, Donna Parks has been pleasantly pleased with the early season results.

“I was really proud of all the girls. They all got to play and they all dominated on the court. These Matches bring the girls’ record to 3-0 and the boys’ record to 1-0. I think both of our teams are looking strong this year. I am excited to see what they all can do, even though we have had very few days to practice together because of all the inclement weather. Finally, we got to play a little.”
