Daily Prayer – March 13

Philippians 1:9-10. “This is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ.” Father in Heaven, we often do not know how to best pray for others. We usually concentrate on their physical or practical needs. But the deepest needs of most individuals is for a greater knowledge and insight into the way You are working in their lives. We all need to discern what is best in all of our choices for what we choose charts our course.

When we are pure in motive and blameless in deportment Your Holy Spirit can work unhindered in our lives. Grant this person who pauses for this moment of meditation the freedom that comes from having all known sin confessed and forgiven. We pray in the name of Jesus until He comes.

Amen.
