Precinct meetings and the county convention are for the purpose of electing the county party officers for the next two years; electing delegates to the District and State conventions; and adopting the By-laws under which the party operates. Any registered voter resident in Gilmer County and who ascribes to the party principles may attend and participate. Location: Jury Assembly Room Gilmer County Courthouse Ellijay GA.
