Luke 4:40. “The people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, and laying his hands on each one, he healed them.” Lord Jesus, You have the healing touch. We thrill to the miracles that You performed for the people around You in the scriptures. So many are in need of Your divine touch today.
You touched their minds and healed them. Many today are so afflicted in their minds that they cannot think hopefully about life. They have become ill through unresolved conflicts that began in childhood and continue in their adult years. But You can touch their minds.
You touched their bodies and made them whole. Everyone has to deal with physical hurts and diseases. When we are sick You can raise us up again. We long for Your healing touch.
You touched their spirits and made them alive. So many are dead men walking and have not yet become spiritually alive. But when You touch a person’s spirit by Your saving grace they are made alive forevermore.
