Mrs. Beulah M. Ritchie, age 83, of Ellijay, died Monday April 27, 2015. Mrs. Ritchie was born March 5, 1932 in Hazard, KY the daughter of the late Alex and Nora Lee Spurlock Smith. She was a Health Care Worker, having retired from the Rochester Nursing Home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband; Hershel Ritchie, and 2 sons Richard and Buddy Ritchie.
Survivors include: Sons and daughters-in-law: David and Shawn Ritchie, Ellijay, Hershel and Jane Ritchie, Springvalley ,OH, William and Denece Ritchie ,Jamestown, OH, Lloyd and Kathy Ritchie, Bowersville, OH, Jimmy and Phyllis Ritchie, Macy, IN, Douglas Ritchie, Ellijay, daughters; Lola Mercer, Bunkerhill, IN, Shelia Wright, Ellijay. 22 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, sister, Myrtle Shelton, Reform ,AL. along with several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held in Hazard, KY with interment to follow in the Riverside Cemetery in Hazard, KY.
