Mr. William E. “Billy” Teague age 63 of Mulkey Rd. Ellijay died Monday May 4, 2015. Mr. Teague was born Sept 9, 1951 in Gilmer County the son of the late Thermon and Betty McArthur Teague. He was a graduate of Gilmer High School, employed by Davenport Trucking and a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.
Survivors include: Wife: Linda Reece Teague, Sons and daughter-in-law; Adam Teague, David and Chandra Teague, Daughter and son-in-law: Ginger and Robbie Cantrell, 7 Grandchildren, William, Ellie, Matthew and Logan Teague, Emily, Tyler and Levi Cantrell, Brother; Jerry and Angie Teague, 1 niece Amy Wells, 1 nephew Josh Teague, Brother-in-law and sister-in-law; Roy and Debbie Clark.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00pm from the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with Rev. Casey Richards and Rev. Chris Chastain officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will meet with friends Tuesday from 5 until 9pm at the funeral home.
