Mr. Lake Teems age 85 of Ellijay, GA died Wednesday May 13, 2015. Mr. Teems was born April 19, 1930 in Ducktown, TN, son of the late Monroe and Ellen Conley Teems. He was a Poultry Farmer and a member of the Harvest Missionary Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lacie Tackett Teems, son, Wendell Ray Teems, sisters, Barbara Grindstaff and Dorothy Gray, brothers, Larry and Arnold Teems and his parents.

Survivors Include: son, Farren Teems, of Ellijay, GA; daughters and sons in-law, Ellen Parks and Ray Payne, of Ellijay, GA and Lynn and Eddie Alred, of Ellijay, GA; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday May 16th at 2pm from the Harvest Missionary Church with Rev. Glenn Arnold and Rev. Curtis Easley officiating. Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday May 15th from 9am until 9pm at the funeral home.
