Mr. Lee Daniel Cloniger Sr. age 79 of Butler GA formerly of Ellijay, GA died Tuesday May 26, 2015 at Optum Hospice in Macon GA. Mr. Cloniger was born on August 2, 1935 in Ellijay GA, to the late Virgil and Fannie Cloniger. He was formerly employed with Thomaston Mills and B.F. Goodrich Mills where he worked for many years. He served his country in the U.S. Army as an E4 during the Korean War. Mr. Cloniger was preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Becky Lee Cloniger.
Survivors include his sons Mr. Lee Daniel Cloniger Jr. of Butler GA, Mr. Lawrence Louis Cloniger of Atlanta GA, grandson Shelby Cloniger.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday May 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Turners Chapel Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Friday May 29, 2015 from 10-11 a.m.
