Mr. Zachary Chastain: Obituary

Mr. Zachary Chastain age 15 of Ellijay, GA died Friday July 17, 2015.

Mr. Chastain was born January 13, 2000 in Dalton, GA at Hamilton Medical Center. He was a Gilmer County School student and attended the Sugar Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors Include: parents, Jennifer Lacy Chastain, of Ellijay, GA, Tony and Peri Chastain, of Ellijay, GA; grandparents, Larry and Sandra Lacy, of Ellijay, GA, Delmas and the late Kathy Chastain, of Ellijay, GA; aunts and uncle, Keith and Holly Chastain and cousin, Kash; step-brothers, Gavin and Owens Moss, of Ellijay.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday July 19th at 2pm from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Queen and Rev. Larry Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday July 18th from 4pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
